Intended to help traders move from credit spread (level 2) strategies into more advanced (such as naked option) strategies as well as hedging techniques.

Level 3 contains the highest risk options strategies.  These are typically going to be strangles, straddles, naked calls, naked puts, or variations of those trades.  These are not suitable for everyone and involve high risk and should only be entered into when those risks as well as the risks of margin management and margin calls is understood.
